Making molds

Design the face and body, 1:1 true restoration. Use the designed drawings to make the corresponding molds.

 

Skeleton welding

Made of stainless steel, the skeleton structure and multiple joints of each body are different, and the tightness of each skeleton position is also different. The design is ergonomic.

 

Injection material

Mix the raw materials in the required proportion, heat the materials to about 200 degrees, and then inject the heated materials into the mold.

 

cooling

Place the poured mold in clean cold water for a few hours. (Natural cooling)

Trim edges

The pouring and cooling process will leave open and closed lines and glue overflow on the doll. After trimming and making details with tools, apply talcum powder.

Makeup

The makeup process is the same as the real makeup process, applying foundation, eyeliner, eye shadow, eyelashes, eyebrows, lipstick
